Joe Scarborough says Bush's 45% re-elect number is troubling. In an interview today with Chris Jansing she asks Joe, other than the fact that the Democrats are rated higher in 80% of the issues ie economy education etc, what else worries him, he said if an Incumbent cant get in the mid 50's he is in trouble. Now keep in mind Bush has never gone above the mid 50's ever in his entire term.
