Cuomo on Hardball...
Edited on Thu Mar-11-04 07:39 PM by berner59
"Bush is too simple of a man" He says Iraq should bring him down...either it was a sinister plot or he made a big mistake and either one he won't admit because why would anyone give him 4 more years???

Cuomo is GREAT!!!!

5. O/t (CUOMO), But then Tweety & Jason BLAIR
Tweety pausing from his daily fellatio of Shrub to fellate plaigerer Jason BLAIR. The usuual suspects --- Tweety, G.E. RUSSERT, IMUS --- all just LOVE plaigerer BARNICLE, so why not BLAIR. Tweety's promos promised that Tweety would demolish him, the line being "You KNOW how much Chris hates liars..." but to no surprise, Tweety was all over him with "You are a GREAT writer," and "What's next for you...a novel? You'll do GREAT, you've got the two qualifications, you're a great writer AND a great liar, just like HEMINGWAY..." Disgusting.

6. did you notice...
...how Tweety just sat there and listened, raptly? He didn't holler or talk over. He just listened, and absorbed what Cuomo had to say.

7. Actually, I have noticed him letting people speak a Lot more...
than Fox. Maybe it's just me, But he seems, almost fair, sometimes.

Which is not to confuse the fact that he personally seems quite conservative.

Could be, I am so used to seeing our side demonized, ridiculed and shouted down, to such an extent, that ANY treatment shy of being beat over the head with a ballbat really stands out.

I could be wrong, but MSNBC may be mulling a move to at least the center. The nations mood seems to be shifting, and if that's the case, they need to be to the left of Fox, for ratings points.

And that is all it is with these guys-ratings. All the talking heads will hew to the line of the people who pay their checks, or they won't be there. They have very little free will.

It's mostly ratings driven, IMHO. That crap Fox spews is just Right Wing Radio on tv...it appeals to a certain audience...but I suspect that audience may be beginning to shrink, and they all know it.
