6. And it's all Israel/ME. How long before they ask about Clarke?
Sorry, it's no coincidence. Their first priority was to get Clarke off the first page. Bloodthirsty Sharon happy to oblige.

22. Back that statement up with a fact.
Try it.

Or is it possible that BushCo was ready to seize upon ANY distraction rather than discuss Clarke.

Or the economy. Or the polls. Or anything else.

If nothing else had shown up, they might have brought up a nice amendment to make Arnold president. Seeing as Kennedy endorsed it. Or maybe that was a plot, too.

There are going to be horrific consequences to this assassination. And you think it was done to seize a news cycle?

Incredible.

7. I knew it.
Lieberman and Biden shot us in the foot yesterday.

Other than that all he can do is parrot existing administration lies. He's not providing any other evidence.

as proof that Clarke is lying.

I wish those two would just STFU.

13. Gregory asks if Clarke was part of the problem
why don't they come out and ask if Clarke is LYING?

he seems to be intimating that

"why didn't he raise his concerns til one and a half years after he left the administration"

"bringing it up in the heat of a presidential campaign"

"best buddy is Rand Beers"

"writing a book"

McClellan and Condi state their focus was not on rolling back terror but on eliminating it. What were they actually doing to accomnplish this? Where are the details?

16. Blatant LIE ...
McClellen states that "We did EVERYTHING possible to confront Al Qaeda before 911" ...

WAIT A GODDAMNED MINUTE Scott ...

EXPLAIN how the Bush Administration pursued Al Qaeda when they were in fact partners with the Taliban ...

HOW does someone 'go after' Al Qaeda, while they simultaneously associate with and promote the direct SUPPORTERS and ABETTORS of Al Qaeda ?? ..

THere is NO DOUBT that this administration were on good terms with the Taliban in early 2001 ....

These LIES MUST be exposed ...

something like "you can't talk about Saddam and then talk about terrorism, you can't separate the two".

Blatant lying.

23. Coming in late but I caught something HUGE!
When Scotty was trying to deny that the September 12 conversation (in which * basically wanted Clarke to pin the attack on Iraq)ever occurred, Scotty said that "THE PRESIDENT WAS NEVER IN THE SITUATION ROOM ON SEPTEMBER 12." Later, he had to back away from inferring that there was no such conversation because one of the newspeople said there were 3 witnesses. However, for the president of the USA not to visit the Situation Room the day after 9/11 (and that part is no doubt true) makes it perfectly clear that the Chimperor was still disengaged from the action, just as he was the day before.
