Going after the administration's shortcomings is like being a mosquito in a nudist colony. You don't know where to start. Paraphrase - but priceless nonetheless!

13. did you like the part about the lying?
tucker was apoplectic, and his only response was that dems better stop the personal attacks and look to the future

the best part was when JC reminded the twit that the story about Bush LYING about ordering the readiness step up (general Meyers was forced to do it) came from that left wing newspaper in the pocket of the democratic party, the WALL STREET JOURNAL!

much applause to that one

and tucker was REALLY blowing his stack on that one

25. Stop the personal attacks and look to the future?
Tucker Carlson said THAT after what the Repubs put us through in the 1990s and what they're still trying to dig up to take pressure off of their man Bush?

No way! We still have to go a long way to put this country back in place where it was before the Repubs went on the attack in 1994.

10. Tucker is in serious trouble
there is no way to defend Bush's endless lies, so he must change the subject--in the middle of a segment!

har

now he's smearing George Soros.

They have no defense, all they can do is spew vitriol. And it's only March. Bush has blown his wad way too soon. Now the Pukkkes will look like whining harpies for months !

he is pretty soft spoken, and Alderman and Tucker keeps talking over him.

His voice is pretty soft.

We need someone with a drill sergeant voice to shut those fuckers up.

these TV screech fora are pretty worthless, especially when they couldn't come back about the disloyal bit.

I was SCREAMING at the TV about where one's real loyalties lie

why didn't they bring up Nuremberg, for example?

can you imaging tuckhead's response to that one?

26. Clark's first allegiance is to the American people, not the President
Any public servant's first allegiance is to the Consititution and the public first. Kissing up to a lying poorly informed leader is what has gotten all civilizations in trouble throughout history.

32. Great place to pick up the Repub talking points
Edited on Mon Mar-22-04 05:00 PM by ewagner
Talking point: Clarke is partisan
Talking point: Most terrorist attacks happened on Clinton's watch
Talking point: All Dems did was have meetings
Talking point: Clarke's assertion that Condi looked like she had never heard of Al Queda makes is so preposterous that it makes the whole book irrelevant.
Talking point: Clarke is a disgruntled bureauocrat.

Adleman and TC took turns in a tag team match......

on edit: now we know what they are going to attack so lets get the "one-liner" responses ready. Need to hit them hard and right between the eyes.

36. you make a BIG mistake on tthe condi AlQaeda thing
Edited on Mon Mar-22-04 05:03 PM by buycitgo
the pugs, consummate LIARS that they are, have changed that important distinction to saying that Clarke asserts that Condi SAID she hadn't heard of ALQaeda, rather than what he actually said (she APPEARED to have acted like she hadn't heard of them)

this is a huge point, along the lines of changing Al Gore's words about Love Canal, then running him into the ground on it
