1. Direct contradiction with Clarke...not at the meeting.
He says he wasnt even at a meeting Clarke places him at.

This is actually pretty serious. He is flat-out calling Clark a liar here.

Otherwise, its pretty much just "difference of interpretation".

2. I stopped watching the News Hour.
Their hiding the facts about nuclear problems in power plants, and nuclear waste, and more recentlyu "the apology" has turned me off them forever.

7. If you find some, please let me know
I keep looking but haven't found any "tv news" in the last ten years. I find lots of propaganda, but no news. The BBC has even been muzzled of late, thanks to Lord Hutton and the Poodle.

4. What a POS.
Did you catch it when Jim kept quoting from Clarke's book at him and Rummy said something like, "you really like him, don't you?" or something like that and Lehrer just kept on with another quote.

I think Rummy wanted to get off the subject fast.

I emailed Jim Lehrer -- said Rummy was a liar.

YEAH..the Newshour is usually pretty sober, so I was suprised at Rummy actually attacking (sort of) Lehrer.....w. that remark....

Then Lehrer said," I read the book", and Rummy retorts, "I didnt"

...things that make you go hmm.

6. Why you should not watch Rumsfeld
For all we know to Bush might be trying to persuade people to vote for him, so watch out Rumsfeld might have Hypno-Vision
