ABC WNT Marine Lt.Gen says Saddam a "paper tiger"
I can't find a link of this anywhere but I know that on ABC WNT last night in the preview for the "Rumsfeld's Rules" Primetime Live special they quoted (on screen) MArine Lt. General Greg Newbold saying that Rumsfeld and his staff (OSP?) definitely manipulated the intelligence in the run up to war and that all the raw intelligence he saw lead him to believe that "Saddam was a paper tiger".

I've googled everything (Newbold Saddam paper tiger ABC) in every combination but with no luck. ABC seems to have scrubbed it from the story (see below) and it wasn't on the actual special just on WNT.

ANYONE ELSE SEE THIS? ANYONE FIND A LINK?

Here is the link to the ABC summary of the show but the only quote from Newbold is about Rummy being abrasive and brash as a boss.

There is this:

John White, who was Secretary of the Army at that time, said Rumsfeld micromanaged what the military calls deployment: determining exactly which troops would go and exactly when they would leave.

He charges Rumsfeld's interference caused troops to arrive in Iraq without equipment, and crucial support units to be weeks late in getting there. "I would argue he was not part of the cure. He was part of the problem," White said.
