would they want more money? They have enough. If America knows anything, it's when to just say no, especially when it comes to money.

No such thing as war profiteering. No. Not at all. The Military-Industrial complex isn't some self-sustaining system that needs war to make more money.

You get and invest money to make weapons. You need to test those weapons to find out if they work. You don't spend that much money without expecting a payoff on your investment. How can they find out if the weapons truly work? Use them in battle. If they work, you get more money to make more weapons. If they don't work, the same handful of corporations get more money to develop new weapons, which then must be tested yet one more time. How do they test them again?
