Air America Internet Stream Down?

Hi All,

Is anyone else having problems with the Air America Internet stream?

When bringing up Real Player all I get is a message saying I should tune in during broadcast hours.

11. I'm getting it, but the sound is terrible. It keeps going in and out.

Is it that station or my brand new computerthat I bought yesterday? I have never listened to Air America and hope isn't always this bad reception. They will not get any advertisers this way.

12. it's really hard to NOT wear a tin foil hat on this stuff...

Look at what's going on:

1. The RNC is suing Kerry in the FEC for "soft money" because of groups like MoveOn.org

2. DU has been plagued with strange and unusual bandwidth issues that they haven't explained to us.

3. AAR gets "turned off" over bull shit by a big RNC campaign donor.

4. And now the stream which has been very stable (when they aren't trying to run the ColdFusion login stuff over it) and suddenly today, when Chicago comes back, the Internet Stream is messed up?

I don't want to be paranoid about this, but all of this is happening at roughly the same time and it seems too coincidental that all of this is happening at the same time.

It's currently 10:21 AM where I am (Central Time zone) and there's still no stream from www.airamericaradio.com I am getting it elsewhere, but how long is this crap going to last?

I think the right wing wants an election with only * on the ticket and nothing else... I bet their internal name for * is "El Presidente for Life"

hire a really good tech person and have him on hand 24 hours for a while.
