Blame the "contract with America"
Is it possible that Newty's repuke revolution is what hamstrung the intelligence community starting in the early '90's? For DU youngsters out there, the "contract" included major spending cuts when repukes took over the house majority.

3. Qui Bono
Don't buy into the "hamstrung" intelligence community deception. The intelligence community effectively receives anything it wants. Its budgets are clandestine and its operations are hidden by "national security."

Cofer Black just admitted something rather illuminating as a throw away line to the fake 9/11 commission. To paraphrase, he said that it takes "dead Americans" to receive more money and authority.

Now with this admission, it is a great leap of faith to see who benefited from 9/11?

Qui bono...

4. Yes! Newt has a lot
to answer for these days...but nobody is holding his fat feet to the fire. Ask the "blame Clinton" gang who cut the funding. Always follow the money. Newt needs to be asked point blank about his underfunding of the agencies. Where is he, anyway? Smart enough to know there are some tough questions to answer?
