1. I couldn't believe what I was seeing
CNN showing wounded Iraqi civilians! A three year old who lost an arm and a leg. His father says he still tries to get up to walk, he forgets he can't anymore. Then father says "why don't they just kill us? Dying is better than living like this".

2. And the crawler at the bottom of the page said....
Hundreds killed...some civilians.

Thats a fucking understatement! Our heroic marines are sniping innocent civilians.

5. I think this was in the NY Times yesterday or the day before.
Along with an article quoting a lance corporal from Louisiana saying that he had just seen an American helicopter shoot a missile at a guy with a slingshot. He was sharp enough to call it crazy.

Those two bits of information made me sick about what is being done in our names.

4. crushing
i have a seven year old and since i've had my son, i realize that it is one of those experiences that you actually have to experience to fully appreciate .. i am by nature a hardened person, but watching that child crushed me, i was okay until i saw him behind his father with a stick that held a balloon, he had it in his right arm which was intact and pulled it towards his mouth and his now missing left arm, i knew it was because his nervous system was telling him his left arm and hand were still there, you got a glimpse of confusion on his face .. that brief moment broke my heart ..

that is why we should act in violence only when there is no other resort, that is why war must be so carefully weighed .. all these experts on tv with their proxy hardons disgust me.

if i believed in hell, i could feel comfortable in knowing who'll be there one day.

Americans burned and mutilated.

If during WWII US had seen pictures of innocent German children killed in bombing, would public have called for US to stop??

<M Savage rant earlier this week>
