Woodward's book says that they used 700 million to build runways, etc. and I think he said "pipelines." Remember how people were talking about a pipeline in Kuwait, someone wrote an article about it, that they thought was being used to divert Iraqi oil? Have the two stories now merged?

That whole Afghanistan pipeline is a different deal. I'm talking about early in 2003 and perhaps before, there was a lot of talk about an article suggesting that satellite photos showed a NEW pipeline in Kuwait that appeared to be running to Iraq. Many here wondered if we were stealing Iraqi oil.
