1. It's front page on CNN, too...
And Rudi Bakhtiar was talking about it last night...

Mmmmm, Rudi...

3. Now.. will reporters be given an opportunity to question him??
That's the $64,000 question... I have a feeling that L.Paul will be "unavailable for comment"..

5. How many of these people have to come forward...
and say "Bush didn't care about terrorism before 9/11" before SOMEONE puts it together and starts asking the right questions?????
I can't believe my few RW friends still believe it's Clinton's fault with information like this.
Paul O'Neill.
Richard Clarke.
And now Paul Bremer, who is still working for this administration.
Not to mention the two dozeon counter-terrorism agents that have quit since Bush was installed.
How many more must come forward?

7. Interesting. . .

Same story also made some of the major news outlets today as well. (Know I read the story online; can't remember where.) I wonder what else Bremer was writing and saying at the time on how the U.S. was not paying enough attention to the al Qaeda threat. I know that was one of the main findings of the final report from the commission Bremer headed.

Hmmm, must go Google.

Edited to add some finds from google:

(Fun tidbit here: The Bremer Commisssion recommended going after Osama's financial apparatus. How ironic then that Bush gutted anti-money-laundering laws as one of his earlier acts as president.)

8. Altavista is actually better
they have special tabs with just audio and video..

I found a very interesting Condi speech pre-9/11, that made NO mention of terror at all.. I posted it twice.. it sank like a rock.. Hopefully some media person saw it ...Maybe it will be next to l;eak out..

9. I saw this in the Times today, as well.

It's not on the front page, and it's barely noticeable at the end of the 9-11 Commission story, but it is there. It was the first I'd heard about it.
