DO YOU THINK of Kathleen Turner, she of the exotic polyglot accent, as the voice of American liberal radio? Well, she is. Or at least she is a part of it in her new "American Dialogue."

You can find this on the dial at WNYC, but not with the regularity that Kathleen would prefer. So, the actress advises those who care to log on to www.americandialogue.org.

So what else is Kathleen up to? "I'm working for John Kerry, first of all," says the star. "But I'll be in Cannes on the jury. I am developing a film, and I could very well be back on Broadway in the spring."
