Support our Troops! Oppose their Commander-in-Chief!

Just a quick thought:

In most conflicts in US history, it was hardly reasonable to support American forces without supporting their commander-in-chief as well. I mean, you could if you wanted to (hail the First Amendment!), but it would appear foolish to do so in public.

It's not logical to support our brave men and women (most of whom are NOT guilty of abuse, BTW) AND their Commander-in-chief at the same time during this war.

Damn right. Supporting Bush mean not supporting the troops, now more than ever. I'll stand by our soldiers and screw their commander in chief. He never earned or deserved that honor.

Rotten at the top, rotten at the bottom, and rotten in between. These aren't the "citizen soldiers" of WW2. They're voluntary members of a culture of violence.
