was that the Chief of police in Mosul denied ever having detained him, or having any knowledge of the case. So that leaves the FBI. Then the next thing you know he's getting his head cut off in American detainee fatigues without even twitching.

I could not bring myself to watch any part of the video. Is it true that he did not move as he was being beheaded? Did not bleed? Is it true the screams/talking may have been dubbed?

Any word on when he was notified as having been killed? Was he the guy found on a bridge? Was an autopsy performed?

He was in Ghana and then in Iraq, wanting to help restore communication lines? Sounds very strange -- incredibly strange.

The arguments seem to be: It must be the CIA/BlackOps/etc. because arabs aren't fat, don't have sneakers, don't have plastic chairs or yellow walls and don't wear rings that appear to be gold. All of which are demonstrably false.

I agree with you, you have shown pictures that factually refute those, on your point about chairs, etc, I don't find that "I believe" qualifies as facts and as you are the one to continually challenge those who pose questions it would seem to me that it would be up to you to prove them wrong. ie the chairs, those who have pointed out the chairs have shown them in two questionable pictures: the one from the prison and the one from the beheading video. You have not shown a picture or proof that they are anywhere else.

I see when people's arguments don't hold up, they get personal.

The fact is, I've stated I don't know who killed Berg. But the arguments I've seen here to indicate that it was the CIA/BlackOps are just ridiculous. See the post above: there ARE pudgy arabs. Muslim fundamentalists DO wear gold (or a metal that looks like gold). I also beleive Arabs have access to sneakers and plastic chairs.

I'm not saying Al Qaeda did this. I'm not saying there's nothing fishy about what happened to Berg BEFORE he was taken hostage. But I've seen NO evidence regarding the video itself that the tape is not what it purports to be: muslim fanatics slaughtering an American.

But I can say that one poster's repetitive, insulting, argumentative, antagonistic and oversimplified posts have made me cross a line I've never reached before - I now have ONE person on my ignore list.
