...and they are losing.

The Chimp said today, "there will be a full transfer of sovereignty on June 30." Powell said several days ago transfer of sovereignty was a technical impossibility inasmuch as Iraq could not provide security for its own governmental functions. It's like a boy playing great world leader. He thinks he is like Churchill.

He has a plan, he just doesn't know what it is. "They'll be a president, and some vice presidents, and some prime ministers...we don't know who they are yet."

Leadership is like, you know, you just do sh*t, like start wars, violate international law, and ignore the lawyers. Everyone else follows. Cheney told me, it's the bandwagon effect, we call it leadership.
