1. fear is an illusion

it is not real. it is not of the now. in fear it is what you see will can happen, or creating a fear of something of the past that has already been experienced but is done. it is not a reality

with fear when you turn to run or hide it becomes stronger and more powerful. an exercise of fear is to walk into that fear, and when sitting in the fear, disappears. it is not any more. when sitting in now, not past not future, fear does not exist

Fear is the tool of facists. We already had enough military to take on any agressors, so the only thing we had to fear is the use of fear as a weapon against America.
