2 Reasons given for voting for Bush by a Republican on a CNN segment just now.

Yeah, those are really great qualifications for being President.

Now I know that the Right is freeping insane if they think Bush "speaks well" and give that as a reason for voting for him.

6. "...he speaks well..." ??? you are kidding, right?
He is as good a leader as he is a speaker. He fails miserably in both.

And if "a good lady behind him" means an obedient Stepford wife, I'll have to agree. :puke:

8. Notice he said "behind him"...
as in and he's got a good lady behind him. instead of a good lady beside him?

Tell me again how sexism is dead? Women have achieved equality? Yep, by tagging along quietly behind the man.

11. The saddest part . . .
is this statement came from a woman.

"UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: I just like President Bush. Ever since he's been in office, he's had a hard road. I think he's got compassion, he's got concern. I think he speaks well.

He's got a good lady behind him. I think a lot of Laura Bush."

Speaks well compared to what? I am not being biased when I say this but you would have to be an all out idiot to actually believe that George W. Bush speaks well.
