Liberalism = Al Queda
Actually, in the paranoid damaged mush known as the conservative brain, liberalism is much worse. They cannot separate Saddam from Al Queda, and using the same psychotic reasoning, cannot separate liberalism from all that is evil.

They are the folks who live down the street from all of us. They have a hatred that has been trained and fashioned by the well known Corpo/Jingo/Christian/Moralists to focus all their blood lust passion unto a real target. They will never meet an Al Queda member, but they share the highways and grocery stores with their true enemies.

Can you sense the increase in hate volume from the FCC approved spewers? Just as we are inspired by the thought of a kinder approach to world and national affairs, they are equally inspired by the thought of destroying their perceived enemies. They are willing to entertain the idea of totally obliterating the entire group to rid it of the few perceived enemies (Falluja). And the justification for this monstrous ethnic atrocity would be:

Show them our power
We cannot be seen as weak
Our other enemies will know we are weak and plan an attack
They are all guilty because some celebrate

John Kerry will not change this reality, and neither could Dennis or Howard. This is institutionalized fear and paranoia. What could reverse this trend? What will it's more virulent form look like if Chimp is reselected? Is it curable?

3. Cult conservatism = al-Qaeda
Cult conservatives are just projecting their pathology onto liberals, much like al-Qaeda projects onto all Americans, and the Nazis projected onto the Jewish people.

7. They both operate on the premise
that all the other side understands is force. For one, the enemy is the West, the other, the Middle East. The major difference the world recognizes is that one is a state or country, the other isn't. Therein lies the difficulty we face since cult conservatives believe our fight is with countries other than a fanatical Islamist cult. Therefore, they think a world war is necessary to defeat terrorism.
