i see no one is stopping the maniacs today. i wish that i could do it myself, but i just can't. i'd need some help to physically go up there and stop the maniacs, i'm only one old man.

it's plain as day to anyone looking that they are maniacs, totally masturbating in public insane, but, we let them get away with it because we are under this bizarre illusion that they are our leaders.
we call them that all the time, and we supposedly elected them ourselves. we call ourselves plumbers, secretaries, computer programmers, truck drivers, they call themselves senators, congressmen, judges, presidents, and we follow their official sounding titles and we allow them to make laws and decide our fates.

why?

why is no one stopping the maniacs today? will we stop them later, after they've fucked things up even more? notice how things have gotten steadily more fucked up ever since the selection? well, it's about to crank into second gear any day now.

these maniacs will do whatever the fuck they damn well please, as long as nobody stops them.

excuse my language

1. Uh ... maybe it's because right now,
and no offense intended to the mentally ill, the lunatics are running the asylum. They're loony because they want to keep everything they have, like Daffy Duck and his little 'mine! mine! mine!' seizures in the cartoons. Only with their very own militia and propaganda wing behind them.

3. How fortunate for them they're insane.
Sanity these days is one fucking heavy burden. Sometimes, going totally woo-woo looks like an appealing lifestyle.

Why didn't I feel this way during the salad days of Mutual Assured Destruction? (And of course, we still live with that, too.) Because that still felt something like the real world. I've been living in the bloody Cabinet of Dr Caligari for three years.

5. We have all become comfortably numb
As our Corporate society reaches ever deeper for more increases in profits it eats into our social structure. It takes whatever slack it can find and much of the slack it has eaten is our social connectivity.

Instead of freeing us to spend more time with each other the business world has demanded more and more of our time. Leveraging up the pressure until people sacrifice themselves body and soul to the company. As our social connectiveness dies our dependence on the corporations increases. Till we find we are in too deep to do anything to change it without endangering ourselves.

It is when we find that we are too deep to get back out that we stop struggling. We fear that the struggle itself will endanger what little we do have left. We live in fear that the system we are captured by will fall apart and we will plummet with it. So we stand by and watch as our fellow humans are used and discarded one by one by the system and hope and pray that it will not turn its eye on us in hopes of rending a few drops of profit by discarding us.

6. What would you suggest?
The wacko evangelicals who are WarChimp's base will support the Neocon diddlers no matter how maniacal they become. In fact, they would like nothing better than to see the world incinerated and allow them all to rapture up into the air, butt-nekkid.

Why didn't the Germans stop Hitler; the Italians Mussolini? Who are the morons keeping Sharon the butcher in power? Blair? At least we have the heartening example of Spain, who got rid of their own maniac when they had the chance.

RAFAH!

7. I'm going to protest on June 5
I'm taking to the streets! I am not letting them get away with it if I can help it, or die trying - otherwise I'll go insane.
