Poll question: Plants should be treated humanely? Yes? No? Sometimes?
They are living things. Raised stress levels have been measured in plants when they were ripped and torn in lab experiments. Should be only forage on dead animal carcasses and fruits/nuts/grain that have already fallen from trees/plants?

Let's keep in mind the beautiful Cholorphyl world of plants when we go through life. When you eat bread...just think about the wheat raised like cattle stuffed in cramped fields with the harsh sun beating down on them all day.

1. Let the rabbits wear glasses!
"Angel of the Lord, what are these tortured screams?"
And the angel said unto me,
"These are the cries of the carrots,
the cries of the carrots.
You see, reverend Maynard, tomorrow is harvest day
and to them it is the holocaust."
And I sprang from my slumber drenched in sweat
like the tears of one millions terrified brothers
and roared,
"Hear me now,
I have seen the light,
they have a consciousness,
they have a life,
they have a soul.
damn you!
let the rabbits wear glasses,
save our brothers...can I get an amen?
can I get a hallelujah? thank you, Jesus.

5. Durn tootin'!
Studies confirmed many years ago that plants respond to sounds, including music, and respond in ways that are almost like emotions.

Save a plant....eat meat! :)

6. Yes
they have FEELINGS you know...

Eating fruits/nuts/grain already fallen is no alternative. Metabolism continues within seeds, no matter how lifeless they appear.

Every slice of bread you eat cost hundreds of lives.

I wanna live in the Garden of Eden, and I'm gonna blow up grain silos until the government makes it so!
