Bush leaves on a trip and all hell breaks loose - again
It seems like every time Bush goes overseas, bad news from home overshadows his trip. I'm pretty sure Plamegate first broke when he was in Africa, I believe.

The timing of Tenet's resignation couldn't be worse. You never want something like this to happen on the eve of a big trip. It makes me wonder if he did, in fact, resign, surprising the WH. I just don't know.

4. The timing............
couldn't have been better for Bush IMO. They always do this sort of thing just before he leaves the country. The executioner's face is always well hideen, in this case it's not even in the country. This was no coincidence.

5. Tenet's resignation is GOOD for Shrub...
...since Tenet was "Clinton's guy" and all. Just like that troublemaker Richard Clarke.

Make room for DCI Perle....
