Found an old book in the attic "Night of Camp David", read it again
It's 40 years old but sure seems prophetic. By Fletcher Knebel,

Is this the one
the President has a breakdown or is insane. I think I read is serialized in the Saturday Evening Post back in the 1960s. It was by the same man that wrote "7 Days in May". Which they remade a few years back -- it was terrible.
