apeman promises the pope a vigorous probe of prisoner abuse
but he did it in private, he didn't mention it in public, like the pope himself did. the pope condemned the war itself, and particularly the prisoner abuse. he also said that the war on terror can never be won, without equal effort toward human rights.

the apeman gave the holy father a symbolic medal of freedom and said that freedom is sometimes hard to force on subhumans.

but in private, the apeman assured the pope that he'd get to the bottom of that whole awful torture frat prank thing, and said no more cameras would be allowed in the theatre of war. and the apeman also comforted the pope by saying that the war is a good thing, and will continue, despite the commandment, thou shalt not kill.

then the apeman enlightened the pope telling him that god himself gives him the orders to kill thousands of innocent people, and that god says it's all o.k., and even jesus in on board.

how i wish the pope had impaled the demon apeman upon his staff while he had the chance. he's elderly and somewhat weak, but i think he could order a few swiss guards and bishops to grab the apeman and hold him in a cage with a cross on the door as the only lock, twilight zone style.

4. Exactly my question, too!
I think the prisoners could use a break from that kind of probing.

2. He might have to try investigation because the UN says ABUSE(TORTURE)
Edited on Fri Jun-04-04 06:49 PM by LittleApple81
might be classified as a WAR CRIME. Since our most distinguished "head" of state wants the UN's help now, he might have to submit (not voluntarily) to investigating these torture cases.

5. I'm sure W will probe the prisoner abuses
just as soon as the pope gets rid of all the pedophile priests in the Catholic Church.
