2. I should have explained it better, sorry. It is from a list of IPs...
...Internet protocol addresses that visit our website, Citizens For Legitimate Government. As I update the website, I have a password and can view the visitors' logs. I plugged that particular IP (a random pick, out of thousands) into a search engine that reveals identities of IPs, and learned that it belonged to the Pentagon. The Pentagon visited the CLG T-shirts page, too, LOL!

7. It's most likely that the webmasters of this site would have access...
to their own access logs. So, yes, the web team (technically) could do that. There are thousands of IPs that access a site such as this (or CLG) so it depends on how much time they wish to allow for the 'project.'

I pick a few from the daily access log at random, once in a while, and plug them in to the IP address identifier --just for yucks. :)

not everybody in the pentagon is a rw goon. ok, a LOT are, but not all of them.
