5. A pretzel never kicked Reagan's ass.
Another difference is the number of administration officials indicted and convicted, but Bush still has time to catch up on this statistic.

6. Heard on tv today, Bush likened himself to Reagan..
I'm sure when Reagan's funeral is over and done with,
Nancy is going to put Bush in his place right quick.

I think she is fuming mad at Bush and will never forgive him
denying a live saving technique that could have helped Reagan early on.

News clips today show her giving a bone crushing hug to MJFox..
She will advocate for him, what she could not get done for her husband.

8. IF so, Tellurian, all I can say is I hope she kicks butt, BIG time!!!
I've read numerous accounts concerning her role in actually curtailing the abusive use of her hubbie. I wish she would just come out and inform us all of the whole truth.

A revealing publication by Nancy could do real good political landscaping that advances a unity this country needs.

But,...I am dreaming. The only two things in our existence that require no material,...are love and dreams. *sigh*

9. Nancy might surprise us all..
She is one determined women. Someone you'd rather have stand with you than against you. She is another one who knows first hand about Bush, Baker, the whole rotten bunch, undermining Reagan every step of the way. In the hope of discrediting the end of Reagan's Presidency with the IC scandal. (BushI is the common thread in all that is wrong with this country.)

Then, as a huge plank in Bushes campaign platform, riding in as the sanctimonious VP qualified to bring dignity back to the White House as the "pure" republican distancing himself from Reagan.

Although, Bush stated today he was wonderfully surprised to be chosen VP, I don't believe it. BushI profiles out as a cold, bitter, taskmaster. Not one to take 2nd banana to anybody without well hidden deep seated resentment welling up within, just waiting to explode at the next unsuspecting person he knows he can bully. But then, the VP slot is only a heartbeat away from the presidency.

BushI used the same strategy against Clinton during his reelection campaign. When that idea failed, Bush made it his business to appeal to (most) all men's weakness...GREED! Over the last four years of the Clinton presidency the non stop scandals kept coming. BushI working behind the scenes networking with all his CiA & Carlyle contacts, promoting corporate wealth and pushing for the demise of the rights and welfare of the people (to the GOP), while lobbying Congress to follow his warped way of thinking..

If Greed couldn't do it..looming in the distance was ostracizement from the foal, or worse, elimination.

We know how that works.

These are some of the reasons, I believe,
she despises the entire Bush Klan today.

7. One exceeded his power, the other abused it?

One is "history" the other is really f*cking up,...TODAY?

One made corporatists' day,...the other is making corporatists' future?

One pursued a vision of self-glorification,...the other believes he is "glorified"?

One "hated" communists,..the other hates anyone who is "against" him?

12. Reagan was a bonafide adult
He actually had to have jobs in the real world. Unlike the spoiled brat who is now psychopath in chief.

13. Reagan considered Wolfowitz and Perle to be "nuts" and didn't listen
to them.

That difference alone puts him into an entirely different class.

15. At one time Reagan was a Democrat..
The Republicans talked him into running for the presidency
because Republicans have/had no one in their arsenal with
an iota of likeability.

17. The difference?
Dustin Hoffman said he didn t vote for Reagan, but he would have liked him as a friend.

I don t think he wants to be friends with Shrub.

19. Reagan made it up himself, was elected, and supported bush's opponent
reagan came from a poor family and he made it up to where he was himself. he was elected unlike bush. and reagan supported bush's opponent when bush ran for congress. and i think us democrats need to remind everyone of this. of how reagan did not support bush.
