A good leader lays out a good "Business Plan" in a transparent way, no deception, no conniving.

A good leader Inspires his people to learn more, seek higher levels, and have more Fun, more enjoyment, and lead less fearful lives.

A good leader finds ways to invest the National Treasury into good projects with high returns, not waste in ventures of no returns,
