Most Outrageous Reagan Tribute
I think it might be a fun thing for all of us at DU to post what we think are the most foolish tributes being given to Ronald Reagan. I just thought of the idea because I wanted to talk about what I think is the most outrageous tribute given to Reagan so far. I would also like to hear from others at DU to see what you all have seen and hear about Reagan.

Yesterday, I decided to check out the talk show of Enid Goldstien. Bill Fork was sitting in for her and he was talking about his memories of Reagan. At one point, he said all presidents would be judged by Reagan. He then went on to say that both of the Bush presidencies looked bad compared to Reagan's. Then he said that Clinton's presidency looked bad compared to Reagan's. This statement just blew me away to the point that I was thinking, this guy is supposed to be a liberal, how could he say that. How could anyone say that Clinton's presidency looks bad compared to Reagan's. So I think that was the most outrageous tribute given to Reagan and by a liberal no less.

1. Here is my favorite

NASA launches a number of rockets, each of which contains some
3000 graphite filled cannisters and targeting rockets. As these
approach the moon's surface, they target and explode a number of
miles from the surface, creating a computer generated "dot matrix"
image of our recently departed leerless feeder. Image to last till
the end of time.

Wish I could claim this as original, but it's actually from an old
SciFi short story... and I can't remember the author or title. But
the idea is sound and doable.
