1. 20 years at minimum. The penalty for Treason, which he has committed
is either Life Imprisonment or Death.

Either of those would be fine by me.

But, like Hitler, he will murder a LOT of people before he and his Stooges go down.

You can take that to the bank!

3. Several consecutive life sentences.
Hard labor and no cable tv. But he should be made to view Michael Moore's documentaries daily, and read Greg Palast.

4. No death penalty.
That would be letting him off too easy. No fed pen either, but where they keep violent offenders. Life sentence.

6. why not capitol punishment? ...well calling for
the death of a president is an investigational offense.

Been there done that. SS, FBI, threats to friends and business relations... and that was all regarding a false accusation from a certified mental patient during the Reagan administration.
Even though I no longer have a clinical practice, these days I would like to keep my computer.

Believe me there is no love lost between me and the CIA either.

all that aside, if Bush has any links or knowledge of a domestic attack on the US with domestic assistence, I too would vote for capitol punishment. Otherwise he should share a cell with Noriega.
And then pardon him. Noriega that is.
