Repukes Are Trying To Create Their Own "FDR" In Reagan
Just look at the republican legacy in the 20th century/recent history. Its the legacy of the Depression, Nixon/Watergate, and Reagan/Iran-Contra. They are jealous and angry that they don't have an FDR, Kennedy or Johnson, who have legacies of doing greater things for the people. So they are trying to manufacture a great republican president and propagandize to the people that Reagan was some kind of great president.

The repukes are really small and phony. Over 100 convictions in the Reagan administration over illegal diversion of funds and sales of arms. Reagan didn't give a shit about the Constitution. He played some small role in ending the cold war but the Soviets mostly did it to themselves by creating a system that brought them to their knees, economically.

Oh look, there was Ronnie with that shit-eating grin on his face, looking like such a great guy to the people and making them feel good. Big fucking deal. He was a dud and doesn't belong on any mountain, coin or bill.

1. FDR. Real President. Real Funeral. Real Grief.
A man truly loved by the whole country. Not this imitation of a man.

2. Except for T. Roosevelt and Eisenhower....
Repugs have had notoriously mediocre to bad economies.

Democrats are the one's who make strong and secure economies!

3. There is no doubt about this
They have complained that all the revered presidents were liberal and they have no one. A president being held in the esteem that an FDR is held means that president's ideas and policies were acclaimed. The RW has no one like this because they have fucked up ideas that fuck people over. Its no small wonder all RW presidents are considered utter failures. with Reagan they have a chance to convey some level of legitimacy upon their ideas.

This is not at all unlilke the revering in the old days of Stalin or Lenin or Mao. Their likenesses were kept in front of the public as pure propaganda for what were screwed up systems.

5. Funeral lunatic called Reagan Best President Since Lincoln....
That's because St. Reagan was born in Illinois. Yet, he left Illinois and never turned back to do anything for the state. His library is in a wealthy neighborhood in California. Most homes are over 3Mil. His library is not creating jobs for anybody. The rich ladies there volunteer their time, and they hire a few Mexicans to clean the lawns.

They have placed Reagan at such a high pedestal that they can't play the 'low expectations' when comparing little bush to Reagan. Baby bush ain't Reagan..

7. But the parallels are so striking!
FDR: Defeated Hitler's Germany
RWR: Defeated 200 Cubans building a runway in Grenada

FDR: Gave desperately needed arms to Britain under Lend-Lease
RWR: Sold arms to the Ayatollah so that he could fund death squads in Central America

FDR: Put millions of needy people back to work in programs like the CCC, WPA, etc.
RWR: Gave thousands of needy people surplus cheese

FDR: Overcame polio
RWR: Overcame an embarrassing body of B-movie work
