U.S. Corrects Terror Report...Attacks actually went up
Edited on Thu Jun-10-04 06:44 PM by KennedyGuy
I just read in Reuters that the report that the Bushies and Faux News trumpeted which claimed that terrorist attacks were at their lowest point in years, was actually wrong and that terrorist attacks actually went up. Powell is said to be "concerned". I don't know how to do links or I'd have posted it in Breaking news. Is there nothing this administration won't lie about! Good God. what's the in phrase for repugs these days? Ah yes...I fing this "troubling". You'll find it at www.reuters.com under the politics section.

"we screwed up".. What a bunch of lying shits. These lies have got to get the voters going. There are too many instances of lies, lies, lies, lies, lies, lies, lies and then there are more lies.

It seems they "forgot" part of 2003. And Waxman says he was told it wasn't "political"??? :wtf:

9. "Heros in error"
That's a statement from Achmed Chalabi regarding bogus Iraq intell from his defectors from Iraq.

Powell also made "errors" with his presentation to the UN and now tries to blame the CIA for them. Of course, he failed to mention that he got the info from The Office of Special Plans, a place he "jokingly" refered to as the Gestapo. You haven't read about that office? Go to you fave search engine and read up on it.

8. I wonder if they will also point out that domestic terrorism is 23X worse
in this country than terrorism committed by a non-national?

No?

I didn't think so.

10. Bush's New Number One Single, "Oops, I Lied Again"
I have to say, it is absolutely pathetic the degree to which this administration is willing to lie. I can't say I'm surprised, after the fiction and lies they spread in connection with the invasion and their approval of torture, lieing about the success of Bush's anti-terrorism policies is relatively tame.

Here are some more links:

Fox News: Hmmm, can't seem to find a link. You would think that if the BBC reported this, Fox News would know whats going on in their own backyard.
