So now that the National Reagasm has finally been put to rest, litteraly, it appears that the Bounce and politicization that Bush was so eagerly ready to exploit is not going to materialize.

Sweeps Week is about over for these clowns and they have NOTHING to show for it.

And yet, there are those lingering images and reports from yesterday showing an almost orgasmic Thug In Chief yukking it up with almost anyone with a pulse. Yes, our little monkey has been in quite high spirits.

I'm still wondering why.

He has NOTHING to be cheery about.

We all made it through today, and happily, once again today just turned out to be another day, and our paranioa, as well placed and justified as it may have been, after all we've been through the past few years, was relegated to just that.

However.....

You never want to turn your back on these criminals.....EVER.

And there is still that nagging little piece of tinfoil in the back of my mind channeling an ever distant echo of concern....

Since Reaganopia didn't give them the boost that they need, I wonder if we will all be going about our weekend tomorrow or Sunday, and unexpectedly have the NBA Finals or whatever interrupted by something like this......

He is BEYOND Toast, and even the most cynical of us can see that, but maybe he's just acting out in the face of the storm. He is one ARROGANT Bastard, and I highly doubt he will EVER show any signs of repent or remorse on the way down. on the contrary, he's likely to get WORSE as the Noose closes in around his scrawny little neck.

Even pickles looked visibly disturbed at the display he was putting on. I don't think it was in "the script."

If they've truly turned him loose and are letting him shoot from the hip, he's done.

I would definitely keep The Football away from him.
