1. WTF!!
Why does JFK have almost 3x the votes of Teddy Roosevelt??

I think, without a doubt, Teddy had more of an impact on the course of American History than any of the other 3.

10. I wouldn't be surprised if it was freeped though...
but your point is valid. As of the time I voted (2 seconds ago) there were only 900 odd votes. Not an accurate crosssection.

FDR is the obvious choice. What would've become of Britian without our early arms support? What would have become of Russia and the rest of the continent if Hitler only had one real front?

Voted for FDR, of course. LOL (avatar). I was JUST telling my daughter today what he did for this country and she was pretty impressed with him. I also have a great biography of him I'll let her read if she wants when she is older.

FDR is at the head of the pack by quite a bit now.

As it should be.

18. Sorry but look at these results now (I think we have more freepers than
DUers here...unless DUers are voting for Reagan!)

Theodore Roosevelt: 10%

Franklin Roosevelt: 28%

John Kennedy: 8%

Ronald Reagan: 50%

None of the above 1%

with 1557 votes.

20. It's being freeped. Over 100 votes in 1 minute...
Edited on Sat Jun-12-04 12:30 AM by RoyGBiv
My vote was #1778, after I made it FDR's percentage went down. Curious, I reloaded the page about a minute later, and the vote total was up to 1890, and Reagan's percentage had increased.

OnEdit: It's not setting a cookie to prevent multiple votes. I've watched it a bit now, and it appears a few people, maybe just two or three, are repeatedly voting.

Let the Freakers waste their time. If another internet poll is the most important thing in their puny little lives, it just demonstrates what a sorry lot they are.

24. Please note, the question is who had the greatest impact...
not who had the greatest positive impact. Nevertheless, getting us through the Great Depression and World War II seem to me to be far more significant than anything Reagan did.
