The Limbaughs ``mutually decided to end their marriage of 10 years'' and have ``separated pending an amicable resolution,'' according to a statement released by Limbaugh's publicist.

It was the third marriage for both Limbaugh, 53, and his wife, who were wed in May 1994 at the Virginia home of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Thomas officiated the ceremony.

It would be fantastic if she were to write a tell-all. But let's sort this out. For sure, there was a pre-nup. Do pre-nups trump community property laws? Is Florida community property? What determines which state is the operative one----residence? If there are residences in multiple states, do you get to choose the one that applies? Or is it where the divorce is filed? Besides the pre-nup, for sure, LIMBOsevic would enforce an ironclad no-tell contract.
