Massive but Under-Reported Corruption of the Reagan Administration
Edited on Sun Jun-13-04 12:09 AM by amen1234

Despite the fact that the President and first lady, and many members of the Clinton administration were charged with crimes, their accusers fell flat on their faces when they had to prove their trumped up charges in court almost every time, because there was no credible evidence or witnesses to justify the charges brought by their Republican enemies and touted by their countless friends in the mainstream media.

Contrast that to the great numbers of the Republican administration of Ronald Reagan who were not just charged, but were found guilty, but which most Americans don't remember because the so-called "Liberal media" rarely, if ever, make any mention of them. See the actual names & crimes below.

The contenders for the title of "the most corrupt administration in American history" are all Republican administrations. It may be hard to order them exactly, but the contenders for the first, second, third & fourth "most corrupt administrations in American history" are the Republican administrations of Grant, Harding, Nixon and Reagan.

It seems some people are Reaganed to death ;)

2. I actually doubt if the United States has
had an honest government after the very first president, cabinet and congress. I'll bet there were crooks and shysters in every one since, just some have been called on it and some haven't.

3. I think the Carter Administration was honest.
They ran old Bert Lance out of OMB because he had made unsecured loans to farmers at his rural Georgia bank before he came to Washington. That's all they could find on the Carter people -- they were lenient on loans to poor farmers.

4. Thanks for posting that
I read the whole page and found it quite shocking, even though I remember it all.

6. Why do websites have to put in the garish tacky MIDI music?
Edited on Sun Jun-13-04 08:49 AM by HypnoToad
I had to turn the bloody volume off just to read the website...

Have it off by default and let others choose music if they want. Or keep it to a brief play...

But that's a nitpick. The contents of the site are superlative and should be at the top of every search engine's results list when "Reagan" is the key search word.

In particular was the S&L deregulation, though all of Reagan's evil acts are just as evil.

If anything, I'd break this page into smaller pages, having only the big highlights on the main page. Having to scroll through so much stuff turns people off big-time. Reagan's "Firsts" section alone makes for one page, using certain #s (1, 13, 27, 33, 48 (though shrubbypants* will overtake that one)...

Thanks for the link! Definitely worth the read, eve if it's all crammed into one epic volume. :-)

But the content itself is superlative.

7. yes, it is EXCELLENT content.....the music can be changed or
turned off....not everyone is a good web-site designer, but at least this person keeps all kinds of referenced material up and in the public view....

there is also really good background on the bush* family fortune, how they made all their money from holocaust killings...including bush* grandpa, prescott bush* who was CONVICTED of "trading with the enemy" in NY....the enemy was 'hitler'.....
