Is the Senate Judiciary Committee going to demand memos tomorrow?
Will they ask Ashcroft to turn over memos or face contempt of Congress charges? Will enough Repubs go along with the Democrats to make this demand of Ashcroft and the White House? If they do, what will be the response of Ashcroft and the Bush crowd? Will they claim "executive privilege"? And then, how would the Committee react to that type of response?

2. Is it up to Orrin Hatch?
I don't think he has much integrity.
