Good question! It depends on how much of an introvert you are. I would think that phone calls to congresscritters would be doable, as those are short, and it would be really important.
Another fun thing that I've been thinking about it doing some "whisper campaign" sort of stuff. When you find some really good info here that you think is important for people to know, but it's not getting into the news, print it out, and distribute those in places where you can just leave 'em casually laying around. Kinda sneaky, but..... ^_^
There are places where people find themselves waiting for a time, with not much to do, and they pick up anything available to read. I know of people who leave things in magazines in drs offices, and I've thought about places like a food court, or student union of a college (would be a good place for a short thing about the cranking up of the draft)
The other thing is...... just support for those of us who are more "out there"... even though I'm an extrovert, it's really exhausting to be constantly "on" and trying to do work for a campaign, etc. Just hearing others gripes and issues and giving them support can be a *huge* offering!
Thanks for asking the question... it's really a good one, and I appreciate that you are looking for ways to comfortably contribute!
