She had an Eleanor Roosevelt chin that made her look bucktoothed. The difference from that little bit of plastic surgery is astounding. All of her features are exactly the same as they were except the chin.

Most likely the speech was written by some mid-level speech writer who is more skilled in prose than partisanship. Since it really wasn't a political speech and it would be inappropriate for Bush not to look gracious... no vitriol was laced into the words. No crude jokes... you know he wanted to, though.
