BUT I'm damn proud of my fellow DUers who didn't fall for the Media Crap that was handed to them regarding Ronald Reagan. We here at DU strive for the truth and it was great to see so many lift the Teflon veil off of the lovable Raygun to expose that the dude sucked as a President.

From the largest Tax Hikes in history to the trading of Arms with our biggest enemy, and of course the 30 indictments and convictions from his very corrupt Administration, oh yahhh, Ron should be on Rushmore! :eyes:

I feel a great, empty void where my "despise the media for lionizing the ancient corpse of R. Reagan" sector should be. No doubt something will spring up to replace it, such as the imbecilic attempts by our fascist right-wing "friends" to prevent the showing of "Fahrenheit 911."

8. My husband keeps telling me

Reagan is still dead! After keeping the TV off all day Friday & Saturday, and seeing that Sibel Edmonds story still not on 60 minutes last night, I watched Six Feet Under.

But on the View this morning, I had to FLIP away again as Ms. Babba Walters was going to give her view of the great funeral.

Tomorrow maybe it will safe again. Maybe.
