Really scary stuff that puts the lie to Bush protecting Americans from terrorists. Dan Rather and a journalist who has been following this story since 9/11 walked in and around highly highly dangerous chemical plants and were never stopped even though they were seen shooting film.

Law requiring chemical plants to adopt tighter security has been stlled in Congress thanks to chemical lobbists.

your other thread, but nowhere could I find what she said that was so depressing. I do know she's a translator who has evidence that we knew about 9/11 and could have connected the dots, but is there something new that we need to know?

11. The way that they are gagging and reverse-classifying stuff

that was already published, the way the democratic congress-members (including Lehay) have pulled any reference to her from their web-pages (without reason because Ashcroft HAS NO AUTHORITY TO GAG THEM), the way they assigned her case to a judge who will sit on it without giving any reason for the delays for as long as he wants, the same lawyer gagged all her information from appearing in the suit of the 9/11 families against the Saudis. AND ALL OF THIS IS BEING DONE without anybody saying a peep. She says the information she has is very important. Mark said something like "I know that you cannot say this, but I am assuming that when you said foreign governments might be implicated in suspicious activities related to terrorism, Saudi Arabia would be a country we should consider?" She said it might but it is not the only one the USA does not want to be brought up in relationship to terror.
FOR ME THIS IS PRETTY DEPRESSING!!!! They are letting Ashcroft control OUR LAWS, OUR CONSTITUTION, OUR TORTURES, our international treaties...
