Poll question: Arrogance, Narcissism, Greed: What quality most describes Wash. insiders?
Reading over the comments in reference to Tweety inspired this poll question. What quality most describes a Washington insider?

1. There is no all of the above so I said "other" for all of the above.

2. Greedy, narcissistic and
more interested in their own personal, "inside baseball" political vendettas than in the people they supposedly represent.

Except for DK! :yourock:

3. Does no on in Washington qualify as a humanitarian?
If not, has Washington become our Sodom & Gomorrah? Or more to the point, have we created a system that requires our representatives to rely on their worst natures, in order to benefit their own local constitutents to the detriment of all others? Are sell-outs part of the system? And if so, how will we ever manage to think about the good of the nation when all we'll ever have is 50 states and two parties ready to sell out their own mothers to benefit their private donors back home?

Something here really stinks. I doubt that Mr. Smith will ever get a chance to go to Washington in this century.
