The "get to know them" question I'd like to ask at the pres. debate
You know these questions: favorite philosopher; song which summarizes your campaign, etc.

I'd like to ask this: what is your favorite work of fiction? Why?

I'd stay away from using "literary work" because chimpy would fall back on the Bible. Make him sweat. You know he'd have to think about what "fiction" means.

How revealing would his answer be? How would he get through the "why" portion? Of course, Kerry's clear response would be a liability for him--all that book learnin' and what not.

If Bush said "Moby Dick," I think a cloud of irony would sweep down and swallow the world. It would be the end of us all.

2. Ever read "The Very Hungry Caterpillar"?
Shrub has...lots. That damn caterpillar consumes everything in it's path.

Then it morphs into a beautiful butterfly....and that scares me more.

Reckon what Shrub thinks he will morph into?

5. That would be a good question,
but since many of his supporters don't do much reading, I fear they wouldn't be upset if he couldn't come up with a work of fiction. Perhaps the question should be favorite TV show of all time or favorite movie of all time. I think the answer would be just as revealing and nearly everyone watches TV and movies. Sad, but true.
