Does anyone have a link to some of the draft legislation? There is word that most college students are Kerry supporters, but won't vote. I'd bet they vote if they knew they were voting to decide their immediate futures. Also, I went on Snopes.com and on there they have this down as "probably not" but due to their responses to Kerry's mishap with the secret service guy v. Bush's outburst when he didn't know the mic was on and Michael Moore, I tend to think of Snopes as rather Right wing.

2. Isn't the voting age 21 in most states if not all? Most college

students can't vote.

3. No it's 18...

...and a lot of states are trying to get it lowered to 16. College kids will get out and vote when they are motivated. Unfortunately, that's a huge reason we got stuck with Ah-nold out here in California. College kids thought he was cool, and a slick rebel, and showed up in droves to vote for him, many for the first time ever. Of course the first thing he did was approve higher college tuitions after that.

4. The voting age is 18

In all states as far as I know. Has been since the vietnam era.
