If Bush and Cheney are indicted by the Plame Grand Jury,
how would that be enforced? I thought the President and Vice President have immunity from prosecution.Wouldn't this cause a constitutional crisis?

1. They can't be indicted while in office
only impeached.

2. Remember the Rhenquist court changed all that
so that the Payola Jones lawsuit could proceed. "Git Clinton" was the reason that Bush/Cheney are now in jeopardy.

I love it when right wing vindictiveness starts to bite them in the ass.

4. The court opened up civil liability
not criminal proceedings.

3. They'll be named as unindicted co-conspirators
It's up to the House to indict or "impeach", them. The Senate becomes the jury.

More likely, though, since it's so close to an election, they'll have to step down from their party's nomination in September, opening up a brokered GOP convention which will then nominate Rudolph Guiliani as president and John McCain as Veep.

After the election, Bush will pardon all of his cronies. Rudy will pardon Bush as he enters office and nobody does any time.

5. Nothing will happen to them and they know it
they continue to bloviate lies, over and over, knowing that anything hey have done in their term as President and vice president, will not be challenged

WE have had filthy people like Cheney running things in our government.

We teach our children to not lie--to be honest--to be sincere

and what do we have as their mentors?

Crooks , like their president and their vice president

and they will get away with the whole thing, believe me. I am willing to bet a hundred thousand dollars on it, so improbable is it that either of them will ever be brought to justice.

This country and it's system is indeed so corrupt that it will take years , if at all, to return it to a proud and strong nation.
