Ques: Who, exactly is getting payment for Iraq's exported oil?

Ques: Who, exactly is getting payment for Iraq's exported oil?
I just heard on tv that 2 of their pipelines were sabotaged today and world oil futures went up some, but nevertheless, I have no idea what name comes after "Pay to the order of..." Anybody know where the funds actually go?

1. Does it go into some kind of UN fund held in trust for Iraqi People?
Or is it a US fund "for the Iraqi People"

I recall reading something about it being held in trust, but I can't recall by who or what details aare

America loves freedom. The world is a safer place, now that presdent bush has safed us from all them there weapons of missle destruction. Are you trying to say you think the people in Iran were safer with Saddam and his rape rooms? These are the real issues, buddy. Just shut up about the oil. It has nothing to do with the war.
