1. It's great if you are working
and not so great if you are not ( I am not). Sorry to be so simplistic, but that's how I see it.

Interest rates are low and foreclosures are up. How is this good news?

2. LOL, they are also trying to convince us the Iraq war is going well
I was just thinking the sheer amount of whoredom going on. Is this what these people wanted to do when they grew up, whore for an incompetent, moronic, unelected piece of shit "president"? They are selling their souls and they know it.

3. After losing 3 million jobs...
Edited on Wed Jun-16-04 09:51 AM by deseo
... the whores are just MYSTIFIED that the regaining of a few hundred thousand (and that is a stretch, not accounting for type of job or new entrants into the work force) has not got everyone jumping for joy.

The nice thing about the economy is that no amount of spin can hide the fact that jobs are still scarce, the unemployment rate (real) is still around 10% and when you have no income these whores and liars just sound like, well, whores and liars.

4. Bush's policies support the Dow
That's his whole economic plan, right there, support the Dow even though it's hyperinflated and overdue for a correction. Prop that Dow up by lavishing extra money on millionaires.

You see, simpleminded cons all think the Great Depression was 100% caused by the stock market crash and 100% cured by WWII. They've given us a securely hyperinflated Dow plus a permanent state of war, so what's the problem? The economy's doing just fine! What do you mean you need a job, you ingrate? Look at the Dow!

5. If you're rich, you're getting richer.
The rich have seen their taxes decrease and their company's taxes decrease.

Other than that...
