Stupid CNN poll, I really hate these people...
http://www.cnn.com/

Do you think al Qaeda and Iraq cooperated to attack the U.S. on 9/11?

1. Hate 'em? Dont' watch them. Don't read them.
Already voted in the poll.

3. Oh my God, over 30% of the people responding said yes....
What chance is there for democracy if people are so woefully uninformed? Pushing back the frontiers of ignorance is a full-time job for the dems these days.

10. Yeah, but...

The number of Americans who thought that Saddam was directly
behind the 9/11 attacks USED to be way over 50 percent. Maybe
the message is finally getting through and the constant spin from
the right (again repeated by Cheney just a couple of days ago) is
starting to not penetrate.

voted already.

12. The glass is 70% full . . .
A month ago this poll would have been the reverse.

The truth is seeping through the cracks of the admin's grip ...

4. Give CNN a break, they are slow and they won't
report on anything unless they think it is popular opinion as opposed to the truth. They have to conduct polls to figure out if they can come out and report the truth.

Poor DEVILS!!!!!!!!!!

9. Around 30% Believe EVERYTHING BUSH* SAYS
because their preacher told them that Bush* is God's chosen ruler and can do no wrong.

And that 30% votes early and often.

5. Why do you hate the poll?
Isn't this what democracy is all about? A distinguished panel gathers the evidence, weighs it, interprets it, and issues an opinion. Then, in the face of that expertise, a cable channel suggests that "there's more to the story" and that "the debate has just begun," so that, in the face of all the evidence, you can simply say (as your vice president has said) "Facts be damned, I'll believe whatever's convenient."

Now how can you hate a poll that promotes anti-intellectualism and foments fake debate?

6. Most of these polls are stupid
What kind of simple-minded question is that?

How the hell do Mr & Mrs. Joe Schmo sitting out in the suburbs of Anywhere, USA make up their minds about this knowledge question?

Do they get to do independent investigations? A trip to interview both parties in Tora Bora and Baghdad, maybe?

OR
Should they just pull a vote out of their *sses?

7. The truly scary part is...
...is not that this reeks of a vast media conspiracy to still keep Iraq and AQ linked above all costs, but that 30 percent of CNN viewers are still brainwashed into believing it, after all the press coverage to the contrary. Some people just want to be controlled. These are probably the same people that in a different poll, said that they would have no problem whatsoever giving up some personal freedoms, if it would mean they would feel safer.

8. So 31% voted yes. - Just voted NO.
What does that tell us?

I fear this myth will perpetuate.
