Ron Reagon Jr. on Dateline NBC Friday at 8:00
Ron Reagan will speak for the first time since his father’s funeral in an interview with NBC’s Chris Matthews about what is was like growing up as the youngest son of one of America’s most popular leaders surrounded by power, wealth and celebrity. In addition, he will share private family pictures and memories never before made public. Reagan will also talk about the last years of his father’s life and how his mother is coping with her recent loss.

2. Thanks for the info - I don't usually watch that show
Fortunately, the timing that evening doesn't conflict with NOW with Bill Moyers on PBS!

4. Michael Moore is on, too!
That should be one interesting hour! I saw some of Moore's interview with Matt Lauer yesterday, and the fireworks were flyin'!

5. I only hope...
That that jerk, Tweety, uses this time wisely, and extract from RR Jr. some insight about those remarks, and about efforts that he or his family will take to ensure that the Gip's "legacy" isn't exploited by the Bush cabal.
I'm no Reagan fan my own self, but I at least admire the family's attempt to resist efforts by the rest of the GOP to turn his funeral and attendant sympathy into a months-long campaign for Bush.

What I fear, though, is that it will be all fluff, and the so-called "hardball" approach Tweety seems to only use with Democrats will be sidelined.
