Police in Orange County, FL...are they harassing African Americans?

I just got this from a local mailing list, a heads-up from the Orange Democrats.

Anyone know more about this?

1. under no circumstances does it seem appropriate for police

to be questioning anyone about their voting habits. Yes - it sounds like intimidation.

Have to say, however, that it is such a big breach of duty that I would need to see verification from a second source before repeating the allegation. Much as you are doing with the inquiry with this thread.

2. Yes, that is how I wanted it to be......as a question of the authenticity.

IF it is going on.....and remember, this is Florida....then it should be made public.

It is a fine line, but it should be checked out and questioned.
