of his party affiliation. I'm impressed!

Sometimes I think the Dems should overwhelmingly sweep Congress & the presidency in '04 because I trust very FEW republicans (the few that I wouldn't call "rethuglicans"). A landslide would send a strong message. OTOH, if more people like Ferguson were in office, I may disagree with them on many issues but I could trust them not to undermine our democracy.
